All students in the 2016 graduating class were automatically enrolled into the Sonography club. My role as a club member was to create and organize fundraisers that would help raise money for our pinning ceremony and graduation that takes place in  May 2016. Throughout the program we held bake sales, a yard sale, restaurant nights, and also participated in Yankee Candle fundraisers.

From this experience, I was able to learn the importance of working together as a team to achieve a goal. This was a valuable learning experience for me becuase I can take what I learned and apply it in the workplace. It is extremely important that all members of a healthcare team work together to effectively care for each patient.
